去西藏之前已经读到资料告之旅者上公路前应该准备一些糖果或其他物品好送给路上的人。西藏西部的环境困难，拉萨与大本营之间的公路又是游客必经之路。一停下车就会有游牧民过来。老人带着孙子走到我们的车旁，我把几颗糖果递给他孙子。

Religious Debating

Tashi Lumpo Temple, Tibet  The temple is a huge compound, like a little city. We were walking around when we heard voices round a corner. It turned out to be a scripture debating session in the courtyard.

Yalu Tsangpo River From Plane

Plane back to Chengdu, Above Tibet. I think the rainbow effect is cause by the refraction of light from the aircraft's window. Looks amazing though.

Namsto Lake, Tibet. Snow came down suddenly, and it was quite wet. My fingers were freezing in the cold as I quickly took out my camera to take this picture.

Namsto Lake, Tibet. Straight after I took this picture, someone came and asked for money for taking a photo of his yak head. It was quite an effort to act angry and aggressive at high altitudes, but I am such a cheapskate I got over the lack of oxygen.
